What does the free hour cover?
60 minutes, in person or on a call. I sit down with you and map where your business is actually losing time, energy, and money. You leave with 1–3 named bottlenecks, ranked — no pitch, no contract, no obligation. Already know which service you want? Bring it, and the hour goes to planning how I’d implement it.
What happens if there isn’t a fit?
The hour ends with an honest answer. Sometimes that answer is “I can’t help you, but here’s who can” — and you get the name of the person who can, at no cost and with nothing owed.
What does the Audit Process & Plan produce?
A Full Process Audit that ends in a written, vendor-neutral fix list, ranked, with the ROI math shown on the top item so you can decide for yourself whether it is worth doing. Every fix on that list comes with options — do it yourself, buy a tool, hire someone else, or hire me. Implementation is quoted separately.
What happens to each bottleneck I find?
